The Elite Experience is The Koordinator’s premier full-service planning + design package. This service provides comprehensive wedding management for all wedding-related events, multi-day coordination, elevated guest experience support, custom design development, and full creative direction. The Planner will guide, oversee, and execute all aspects of the wedding planning process from the date of contract through the final event day(s). 

You have a vision, and I’ll make sure it comes to life. We’ll handle all the planning and logistics, coordinate your vendors, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll be involved in the fun parts, without worrying about the details.

You’ve already done a lot of the work, and I’ll step in to make sure it all comes together. I’ll organize timelines, touch base with vendors, and make sure your day flows exactly how you imagined—so you can relax and enjoy it.
